Competition terms and conditions:
§ 1 General
Participation in the competition is only possible subject to these terms and conditions. The organizer of the competition is
FREQUENCY ACADEMY, Stephanie Agger, practice for art and psychotherapy.
The competition is not sponsored by or affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc.
§ 2 Conditions of participation
The competition begins on September 3, 2024, at midnight on the first day of the promotional period and ends on September 18, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the promotional period. To participate, the participant must complete the required action during the promotional period.
Promotion: Buy our book entitled "How to become Goldmarie" on Amazon, by the authors Victoria Geiser and Stephanie Agger, and upon receiving the book, upload a story with a photo of the book, tagging @frequenz_akademie & @victoria.geiser.
All natural persons of legal age 18 years and older who are permanently resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation. By participating, participants agree to be notified by email or private social media direct message if they win. Participation is only possible within the deadline stated in the competition description. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is good cause, e.g., in the event of manipulation or disruption of the competition process or in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Any claim to the conduct of the competition or participation in it is excluded.
§ 3 Prize award
The prize will be awarded as advertised in the competition. If multiple correct entries or posts The winner(s) will be randomly selected. Legal recourse is excluded; changes, transfers, or cash payments of the prize are not possible. The winner will be notified by email or private social media direct message. The winners will be asked to respond to us within the deadline specified by us, providing their full name and a valid recipient address in Germany, and once again accepting these terms and conditions of participation, so that the prize can be sent. If the winner does not respond within the deadline specified in the notification of the prize, or if the information required for delivery is missing, the right to the prize will be forfeited. The organizer may raffle the prize again, excluding the previous winner.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
In the event of an undeliverable prize, the organizer is not obligated to conduct further investigations. In this case, the prize claim will be forfeited.
§ 4 Termination of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
§ 5 Data Protection
In order to participate in a competition, it is essential to provide your first and last name, a valid recipient address in Germany, and a valid email address. Participants have statutory rights to information, changes, and revocation, which can be addressed at any time to info@frequenz-akademie.com. If a participant revokes their consent to the storage and use of personal data, they thereby withdraw from participation in the competition. In this case, the personal data will be deleted before the expiry of the aforementioned period.
